How to Copy and Paste on Android
As you may guess, copying and pasting a text is a fast action that on any platform, including Android, and it can be done in a few steps:
- To begin with, you first have to long tap on the word that you want to copy and choose the type of operations you want to perform, which is “Copy” in this case, by selecting it in the newly opened menu.
- Have in mind that if there are multiple words or sentences that you want to copy, you need to use the bounding handles and expand the selection to cover the entire needed text,
after which you should select “Copy”.
- After this step, find the location where you want to perform the “Paste” action, and then just tap and hold until “Paste” shows up in the menu.
- Tap on it, and your text should now be pasted to the needed position.
